These terms govern your use of Franchise Seek Magazine (the "Site"), operated by Franchiseek. By using the Site or creating an account you agree to these terms.

The Franchise Seek Magazine email newsletter is free. By subscribing you consent to us sending you the magazine and related editorial updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Accounts for contributors, advertisers and listings are restricted to members of the Quality Franchise Association (QFA). You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account.

By submitting articles, listings or adverts you confirm that you own the rights and grant Franchiseek a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to publish and promote them in the magazine and on the Site. Content must be lawful, accurate and not infringe third-party rights.

You must not misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, upload malware or use the Site for unlawful purposes.

The Site is provided "as is". We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Other liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
